How Can I Know Who Is Online In Gmail Either Orkut?
I don’t understand how people find out when I am logged on in orkut, even though I don’t visit their profiles? It is becoming very annoying when people ping me when I don’t want to be pinged, especially when I don’t want them to know I am ignoring them.
Well whenever you will login to orkut, you profile pic will come first in your friends home page of orkut. This way they find out yu have just logged in.
Similarly you can find others.
And whats the big deal of ignoring, if don’t like taking to them why in the first place you accepted them as friends.
Simple: Orkut uses your gmail account to sign you in. When you are signed in, there’s a green light next to your name saying that you are online, just like when we come on line using msn messenger.
If one of your friends was signed in to his/her gmail or google talk, you would appear in their list as ONLINE because you are using one of Google’s products, i.e. Orkut.
